Modeling the impact of potential sources of bias

The link takes you to a pilot modeling system in which you enter the observed efficacy, the observed study characteristics, the  characteristics which you wish to model, and uses a regression model derived from existing data to produces a “corrected” efficacy. This model has not been validated and should not be regarded as reliable.
